Home Instead is looking for an HR manager for our Fayetteville, NC office. In ths role you will lead a team atsked with finding and on-boarding amazing CAREgivers to take care of our equally amazing clients.

- Leading a small team of recruiters
- Hiring and managing CAREGivers
- Implementing a high quality on-boarding process
- Design and implement employee retention programs
- Insure high quality care is being delivered at all times
- Administration of benefits and payroll
- Office management

Desired Qualifications include:
- Prior CAREGiving experience a very big plus
