Home Instead is looking for an HR manager for our Fayetteville, NC office. In ths role you will lead a team atsked with  finding and on-boarding amazing CAREgivers to take care of our equally amazing clients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading a small team of recruiters
  • Hiring and managing CAREGivers
  • Implementing a high quality on-boarding process
  • Design and implement employee retention programs
  • Insure high quality care is being delivered at all times
  • Administration of benefits and payroll
  • Office management

Desired Qualifications include:
  • Prior CAREGiving experience a very big plus
  • Strong organizational skills
