Home Instead is looking for an office manager to manage the day to day logistics of our very busy Fayetteville office. If you like to be busy, and you want to be a part of an organization that is doing meaningful work in the community, then this job may be right for you. Responsibilities include leadership of the following functions:
  • Manage 3-5 direct reports spanning recruiting, scheduling, and front desk
  • Maintain after hours support schedule to insure 24/7 business coverage
  • After Hours phones support
  • Vendor management
The ideal candidate will bring the following credentials:
  • Home Care/Health care experience a big plus
  • At least 2 years management experience (direct reports)
  • College degree is a big plus
  • Recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
